This refresher course is designed for competitors returning to circuit powerboat racing after time away from the sport. It ensures drivers are fully up to date with the latest CPA safety standards, rule changes, race procedures, and equipment requirements.

The session revisits essential topics such as race starts, flag signals, overtaking rules, incident response, and safe boat handling. It also highlights any updates to class regulations, safety gear specifications, and event protocols introduced since the competitor last raced.

The aim is to provide returning racers with renewed confidence and full compliance before applying for or renewing their Basic CPA Racing Licence. By completing this refresher, competitors can safely and smoothly re-enter GT15, GT30, OSY400, or other open-cockpit classes.
