Club Championship and Autumn Series Duties

Dear Member,

This Sunday 13th October sees the culmination of our Summer Series with the Watts Cup which will determine our Club Champion for 2024. Results so far are very close with four sailors having a chance of claiming the title. Take a look at our current standings here.

The following Sunday, 20th October, is the start of the Autumn Series. Racing will start at 11:00 and will consist of two back-to-back races. The galley will not be open but a kettle and microwave will be left in the main clubhouse area for use. As a reminder, it is a requirement that participants sign up for a duty in this series before their first race - duties are not allocated by the duty manager for the Autumn or Icicle series. Any results obtained before signing up will not be counted in the final series results table. To sign up for a duty, follow the steps below:

1. Go to swsc.org.uk and click the "Login" button on the top right of the page
2. Enter your email and password and click "Login"
3. Click on the "Portal" button on the top right of the page
4. Scroll down to the "Duties" section and click on "Duty Roster"
5. Scroll to the duty you would like to volunteer for and click "Volunteer"
6. If your browser asks "Are you sure?", click "Ok"
7. Your duty is now confirmed
