further to the early announcement on club boat use, we have introduced a loan form to:
provide a record of each boats use
be a means of reporting any damage or problems
clarify the conditions of use
A form must be filled out for each and every use of a club boat, outside organised S&S and training sessions.
The form is available under the members information tab https://www.swsc.org.uk/page/documents and hard copies from the box file in the race hut. completed forms should be returned to the same file.
the blank form is also on the race hut PC desktop, so it can be printed on demand.
