Sailing Section Annual General Meeting

The Sailing Section AGM is one of your opportunities to have your say and get involved in how the Sailing Section of SWSC is run. As a valued member of our club, it would be great to see you there and for you to have your voice heard. Both the bar and the galley will be open for light refreshments during the AGM. If you plan to attend the working party in the morning (details to be released soon), a lunch will also be provided.

Each ordinary member and adult family member is eligible to vote on any new officers, committee members, rule suggestions, and any other business that is raised during the AGM. Junior and student members do not have voting rights at an AGM.

Key dates and how to get involved

You do not need to tell us if you intend to attend the AGM (although you will be required to sign in on arrival). If you are unable to attend and would like to send your apologies, please email sailing.secretary@stewartbywatersportsclub.co.uk.

The deadline for any proposals has now passed. The final agenda, including any proposed changes to rules/regulations, and committee positions to be elected, can be found below.

If you are unable to attend but would like to vote on any of the items proposed on the agenda, please complete the proxy voting form attached below and send to sailing.secretary@stewartbywatersportsclub.co.uk by end of day Sunday 16th February.
