Caulcott Cup – This Weekend

There’s loads happening over the weekend of 11th/12th August. Most notable is round 2 of the club championship.

There are 5 races over 2 days starting at 1.30 Saturday. You need 3 to count for the cup and sail the same class of boat on both days*. All races will go forward to be counted towards the overall championship competitions in Junior, Silver Fleet, Championship Categories.

Catamaran Sailors are competing for an additional competition that will be awarded on 3rd November at the Sprint Winter TT Event. With the Summer TT competition making a great start, the Caulcott and Blackaby Cups, plus the winter event, will decide the Top Cat award and the Fleet Captain for 2013.

Look out also for new and improving members on the water taking part in the Sailing School’s RYA Level 1 & 2 course. For more information on training, please contact Steve Ivory.
