Stewartby Sailing

Stewartby Sailing Club hosted the seventh round of the 2010 Laser Home Counties and Eastern region Grand Prix series on Saturday 22nd May. Ten visitors joined four home club entries and all were greeted with a light force 2 to 3 wind with occasional big holes and scorching sunshine.

The club diary is almost ready for publishing. In fact, we’re able to announce the full list of all of of the Club Championship dates and open meetings for 2010. You will need to read the full article for the dates for your class. Experienced Race Officers are invited to apply to run these events.

The opening round of the Sprint 15 Touring Trophy takes place at Stewartby on Saturday 7th November. The first race is at 11am with a competitors briefing 15 minutes beforehand. Two races and everyone takes away a prize.

Entry fee is £15 for visitors and £10 for club members.
