WP_WINDGURU With the completion of the A421 dual-carriageway between the M1 Junction 13 and the Marsh Leys interchange south of Kempston, the location page on the website has been updated with new directions to the club. When giving directions to the club from either the M1 or A1 we recommend that you direct visitors to the Marston Moretaine junction on the A421. This is by far the simplest exit regardless of the direction of travel. The usual Sunday contingent were looking to pick-up results to qualify for the autumn series with the two races being run back-to-back to allow for the Galley Christmas Buffet. Anyone on the top of Ampthill hill couldn’t see the lake as they approached as all was shrouded in fog. Thankfully things improved as the start time approached and racing went ahead as scheduled.
